I am Dr. Kim's clinical fellow. I graduated from Seoul National University College of Medicine and received orthopedic surgery training at Seoul National University Hospital. After finishing my training as an orthopedic surgery resident I applied to be a clinical fellow of this team.
I met Dr. Kim in my 2nd year as a resident. I clearly remember myself being unnecessarily anxious on the first day of being Dr. Kim's duty resident. But despite the reputation that he had , Dr. Kim taught me with passion and invited me to the fascinating world of spine department. Since then I have decided to specialize in the spine section.
My main duty now is to assist Dr. Kim in his interesting, but yet highly demanding, adult spinal deformity correction surgery. And also to aid in his academic work and support his duty residents are also my tasks.
The time I have spent with Dr. Kim obviously helped me make much progress. And I am really looking forward to the future opportunities as well!
